New information architecture for architects
Maybe it was because of the California sun that everything went so smoothly with this project - but maybe it had more to do with the successful international cooperation of the project partners. Together with our team in Los Angeles we completely revamped the website for the Woodbury School of Architecture.
From the outset, starting with conducting initial research and defining the target audience to conceiving the new navigation structure, generating wireframes and user scenarios, developing designs and ultimately implementing the entire thing, we worked closely with our client to achieve the best possible result.
And that result is a modern and light look well matched to the spirit of the Woodbury School of Architecture, which provides not only a thorough education in architecture but also stresses the use of sustainable materials and innovative technologies.
Golden Alligator L. A. developed the navigation points to be dependent on the context of the page. This displays only navigation paths that are relevant - reducing complexity and shortening the path to the desired content.
Whether desktop, tablet or smartphone: the appearance adjusts automatically to the size of the monitor so content is always optimally displayed.
An intelligent backend ensures easy content maintenance. The editorial staff of the Woodbury School of Architecture can quickly and simply update content such as News, Events, Faculty Members, Images and the Alumni Gallery.
